The email platform your clients will think you built.
SendTo is the next generation of email marketing — campaigns designed by AI in the client’s brand, sending no receiver can pattern, every inbox verified before it is mailed — launched under your name this afternoon. Your clients subscribe to it. You take the credit, the margin and the relationship.
The businesses your clients run. Now subscribers to your platform.
Email platforms just skipped a generation. Yours is on the right side of it.
Every public email tool your clients have seen is a template editor bolted to a shared sending pipe. SendTo is what comes after: campaigns designed, not templated; sending engineered so no receiver can pattern it; every inbox verified before it is mailed. And it runs under your name — so when a client asks who built this, the answer is you.
The tech your clients assume you have
AI that designs the campaign and the page. A sending system a generation ahead of the tools they know. Your logo on all of it. You look like the founder who built it, because as far as they can tell, you did.
SaaS revenue, from the book you already have
Retainers get renegotiated. Projects end. A subscription to your platform arrives on the first of every month, from every client, whether you were in the office or on a beach.
A product nobody can price-check
Your clients log in to your platform. There is no vendor website to compare against and no cheaper login to find. Your price is your price, and your name is on the door.
Campaigns that look like a $10,000 agency job. Designed by the platform, in the client’s brand.
The AI reads the client’s brand preset and the campaign brief — offer, audience, message, proof, tone — and returns a fully designed HTML email: hero, sections, offer, proof, footer, ready to send. Your clients will assume you hired a designer. You did not.
Build a campaign this afternoon. Show it to a client tonight.
There is no implementation project, no DNS ticket and no waiting for a domain to warm before you can put something real in front of a client.
Brand your portal
Logo, colours, your domain. From now on every screen, every report and every email the platform sends carries your name.
Create a client
A name and a brand preset. The platform seeds a sample workspace, registers brand-matched sending domains and starts warming them.
Import their list
The importer maps their spreadsheet, reuses your fields and verifies every address at the mailbox before it can hurt a domain.
Send the first campaign
Brand preset, campaign preset, generate. The platform designs the email and the page, reviews the campaign, and you launch.
Every send is made unique. That is the whole secret.
Receivers throttle senders who look the same every day. So the platform makes sure yours never do. Every campaign is produced in several creative variants and spread across several brand-matched domains, each paced in its own lane per receiver, each warmed on its own history and capped per day. The odds of any receiver seeing the same email, from the same domain, on the same day, become vanishingly small — and every domain and variant you add makes them smaller.
Landing pages are served on the same domains, so the click agrees with the send. Every address was verified with its receiving server before it was ever mailed. It is the sending system a deliverability engineer would build if they had the time, running for every client, on every campaign, without anyone touching it.
- Creative variants × sending domains × receiver lanes
- Warmed and capped per domain, per receiver, per day
- Pages on the sending domain; addresses verified first

A handful of retainer clients covers the platform. Everything after that is margin.
Run it as pure software, as managed campaigns, or as both. Your clients are billed through the platform in your brand, you are paid out every month, and past a certain point the platform fee comes out of your profit before you ever see an invoice.
The SaaS play
Clients sign up at your portal, onboard themselves with the sample workspace and walkthroughs, and pay you monthly. You oversee. The platform runs.
The managed play
Your team runs every campaign — designed by the AI, finished by your people — and the client pays for the platform and the service together.
The hybrid
Strategy and the big campaigns from you; the routine sends from the client, on your platform. The most common shape, and the most profitable.
Build, send and read the report — all in the platform Harbour & Finch built for you.
Your clients log in to your platform. They will never hear of ours.
The portal runs on your domain. Your logo is on the login screen, the dashboard, the campaign builder, the reports and every email the platform sends on your behalf — welcome, password reset, the lot. Billing runs in your name.
That is the difference between reselling somebody’s tool and owning the platform. When a client recommends “our email platform” to a friend, it is your name they say.
- Your domain, your logo, your welcome email
- Team roles across every client, view-as access for support
- Billing in your name, at prices you set
Agencies that stopped renting email and started owning it.
We moved fourteen client accounts across in two weeks. The reports changed the conversation — clients stopped asking whether email works and started asking what we should send next.
The designs are good enough that our creative team finishes instead of starts. A campaign that took a designer and a copywriter a day takes an account manager an afternoon.
Deliverability used to be something I explained. Now it is something I deliver — and I am paid every month for the result instead of once for the report.
Less than a junior hire. Worth more than a senior one.
| Hire a junior marketer | Build your own platform | SendTo | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it costs | A salary, on-costs and a desk | Engineers, eighteen months and a deliverability hire | $3,200 a month, live today |
| Clients it can serve | Two or three, by hand | As many as your engineers can keep up with | Unlimited — no per-client fee |
| Deliverability | Whatever the public tool allows | Your on-call rota | Engineered in: domains, warmup, variants, pacing, verification |
| Design and copy | One person’s taste and calendar | Another team to hire | Designed emails and landing pages from the brief |
| Whose brand | The tool’s, on every screen | Yours, eventually | Yours, from the first login |
| What you own at the end | A leaver and a login | A codebase to maintain | A platform with paying subscribers, in your name |
Do the arithmetic on your own client list. Most partners find the platform is covered by the first few, and that what is left over is the best margin in the agency.
If you already have clients, you already have subscribers.

How fast can I be earning from this?
This week. Partners brand the portal on day one, create their first client the same day and send that client’s first campaign within the week. Bill from the first month — the client gets designed campaigns, a landing page on their own domain and a report they can read, immediately.
Do my clients ever see the SendTo name?
No. Your portal runs on your domain with your logo. Login, dashboard, builder, reports, welcome emails, password resets and billing all carry your brand.
What happens to my clients if I ever fall behind on the platform?
Nothing happens to them. A client’s account is never deleted and never locked out because of the partner’s bill — even if the partner leaves — and mail already in flight is never interrupted. Their campaigns, lists, domains and reports stay exactly where they are. Clients keep their own subscription and usage current in the normal way.
Who handles billing?
The platform does, under your brand. Every client is billed through it, you are paid out, and you choose whether the platform fee is paid by card or taken from your balance. Past a certain point, the fee is covered before you see it.
What about DNS, domains and warmup?
Handled. The platform registers brand-matched sending domains for every client, sets up authentication, hosts the tracking links and landing pages, and warms the domains automatically. Nobody touches a DNS record.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Create your account and explore everything — your portal, the builder, the Landing Page Studio, the reports — with a sample workspace already loaded. Sending switches on when you activate. No card needed to look around.
Your clients are already paying for email. Make sure it is you they pay.
Launch your platform this afternoon. Onboard your first client tonight. Send them a report by Friday.
